  • Yes! Our 3-bedroom townhomes come with a private, insulated two-car attached garage. At no additional cost!

  • No, our 2-bedroom apartments do not have attached garages. They have assigned parking directly in front of the building at no additional cost.

  • The Brittany’s is located in northwest Rochester, approximately 3.9 miles from Mayo Clinic’s downtown campus, providing convenient access for those working at or visiting Mayo Clinic.

  • The Brittany’s is conveniently located near several transportation options for Mayo Clinic employees. The Mayo Clinic North Shuttle Lot (Lot 39), with service to the Saint Marys Campus, is approximately 3 minutes from The Brittany’s, while the Northwest Shuttle Lot (Lot 40), with service to the downtown campus, is approximately 4 minutes away.

    *Townhome residents are required to shovel the front steps of the unit*
